The Global Village

Heifer Ranch is home to Heifer International's original Global Village, a unique five-acre program area, representing housing found in areas of the world where Heifer operates.

Global Village participants internalize complex issues surrounding hunger and poverty by experiencing the circumstances that many of Heifer International’s project partners face each day. Participants will leave with an awareness of their role as a global citizen and with ideas on how to create change.

From this experience, participants dive into an intensive workshop and creation process leading to performance.
